拓荒者以108：87戰勝太陽，迎來兩連勝

6人得分上雙，巴圖姆（Nicolas Batum）20分7助攻4籃板，阿爾德里奇（LaMarcus Aldridge）19分13籃板，生涯220次兩雙創隊史紀錄，馬修斯（Wesley Matthews）14分8籃板，利拉德（Damian Lillard）13分4籃板3助攻。
太陽遭遇3連敗。馬基夫莫里斯（Markieff Morris）18分8籃板，布萊德索（Eric Bledsoe）17分7籃板6失誤。
太陽的籃板幾乎在聯盟墊底，拓荒者在籃下佔據優勢，首節以27：15取得兩位數的優勢，他們此後不斷遭到反擊，太陽逐漸縮小差距，上半場以35：46落後。
下半場太陽繼續反撲。第三節還有1分20秒時，布萊德索上籃，反以63：62超前。不過巴圖姆回敬1個三分球，拓荒者重新領先。三節過後，拓荒者以66：65領先1分。
拓荒者末節大舉進攻，打出一波11：2攻勢，擊潰對手，在末節過半以88：75領先。終場前1分55秒，阿爾德里奇搶下進攻籃板後上籃，連得6分，拓荒者以100：81遙遙領先，雙方撤下主力。最後一節拓荒者狂砍42分。
